Then working with your doctor at every step, and following the precise instructions provided on your prescription, Clear Path maps out a complete treatment plan of gradual adjustment that takes your teeth from where they are currently to where you and your doctor want them to end up.
Once completed, you and your doctor will be able to preview the projected results of your treatment in your "treatment set-up," a computer representation of your teeth before and after treatment.
3) YOUR ALIGNERS ARE COMPUTER CRAFTED
When you and your doctor are satisfied with the projected results shown in your treatment set-up, the manufacturing process begins. Using the latest digital mapping and molding technology, ClearPath creates your custom aligners with computer precision. ClearPath then sends your aligners to your doctor for delivery to you.
4) PROGRESS WEARING YOUR ALIGNERS
You are advised to wear your aligners all the time, except while eating and drinking or during daily tooth care, such as brushing and flossing.

- Tray based. The gel is placed in a custom made thin transparent guard which is worn for up to one-hour for 7-10 sessions. Your upper and lower teeth can be treated together or on separate nights.
- In office power bleaching. It involves placing the gel on your teeth and activating it with an LED light. A one-hour appointment is needed with the results guaranteed.
There is no evidence that whitening toothpastes can actually whiten your teeth. Some of those bought abroad, can actually harm your teeth as they contain acids/abrasives that can cause permanent damage. However, seek advice from your dentist about the safer toothpastes, which can help stains from forming. We advise their use after you have had your teeth whitened.

What kind of after-effects can I expect?
The dental laser often eliminates or mitigates the unpleasant after-effects associated with many conventional or normal dental procedures or dental surgery such as soreness, bleeding, inflammation, need to place stitches, and numbness. After laser surgery there is absolutely no bleeding, hence there is no necessity to place stitches after laser surgery and thereby no need to return to the dental clinic to remove them, no need to take antibiotics before or after laser surgery and painkillers are not needed most often or very minimal.
Will it hurt?
